In programming, doing simple is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. Most developers have never met great code. Not saying produced it. Never. Simple code is beautiful, logical. Obvious. "I could do that, too!" No, you couldn't. But you're not alone. LLMs are fundamentally incapable, too.

@piyush784066 Because it doesn’t benefit my workflow. It produces subpar code, and I spend more time prompt engineering and redlining AI systems than it would take to just write the code.

Talking to people who are starry eyed about AI is hard, because I'm trying to explain the realistic limitations of AI, but I get taken as hating on AI, when in reality I'm just trying to explain that it's not magic and the gurus are exaggerating
