The assailant in this case, who was charged with a simple assault, was freed the same day on his own recognizance under Hochul’s bail reform. He will do this again and again until he hurts someone badly enough for even the woke justice system to finally lock him up, or until somebody kills him. This guy is an easily solvable problem that the city has made an ideological decision to refuse to solve, and instead, our leaders have opted to turn him loose onto the subway for you to deal with when you’re trying to go to work.

The left’s argument for birthright citizenship is obviously insane but it’s even more insane when you consider that they actually don’t believe in your or my “birthright.” We are on stolen land and don’t belong here, according to them. But the anchor baby whose parents got here from Guatemala 10 seconds ago has a “birthright” and is tied to this nation by blood for all time. That’s actually their position. It’s so psychotic that you can’t even argue against it. Like trying to have a political debate with a dog. These people are not rational.

Imagine your neighbor’s pregnant wife breaks into your home while you’re on vacation and has the baby. You then agree to the parents’ request that the child takes your last name, and you promise to pay for his school and medical expenses. That’s birthright citizenship.
