Sometimes I get all bent out of shape about politics but then I see my kid running and laughing and realize how little it really means in the grand scheme of things. But then I start thinking about what kind of country he will inherit and then I get all bent out of shape about politics again 😂

You literally just described my life. 😂 It’s hard to really understand what’s going on and what’s at stake when you love your children and grandchildren so much. I wish I were like some of my acquaintances who live in their happy bubbles and have zero idea what’s going on in the world.

@DrunkRepub Same. I have 2 amazing boys, 12 and 16, and they long for the 80s upbringing and incredible childhood I had. There’s is better in many ways but not so good in other ways. It’s theither ways that our govt could fix but they are corrupt traitors
