Moscow is extremely upset with Ukraine’s rapid strengthening of ties with the Gulf countries in the wake of Iranian air terror. They understand that Ukraine’s unique experience has dramatically changed its role in the region. Thus, they turned to propaganda to try to undermine Ukraine’s contribution. They spread fakes about Ukrainian experts being hit or Ukraine not fulfilling its obligations and so on. We expect more of such nonsense in the coming weeks. This propaganda will not succeed. Our partners in the Gulf perfectly know how Ukraine supports the development of a modern, high-tech, and cost-efficient protection. President @ZelenskyyUa’s visit has laid a solid foundation for a multi-year mutually beneficial cooperation. We take this Russian disinformation campaign as a proof that Moscow admits Ukraine’s success and its own failure.

When income tax rates were 83%, the best-paid 1% contributed just 14% of all income tax. Now, the top 1% pay 29% of all income tax. If you care about outcome rather than signalling (or just bleeding the rich) today’s lower rate leads to more revenue; better results.

🚨 There are reports that russia is about to NUKE Lviv and Kyiv, using Oreshnik missiles. Two missiles are already prepared and armed at the Kapustin Yar test site. At this point I don't even care. I'm not fucking leaving. 🇺🇦 Glory to Ukraine! Thanks for never leaving me.

Consider . . . The major countries of Western Europe - France, UK, Germany - were not so long ago talking about going to war with Russia. It was bluff. Russia knew it, and so did the USA. Now WE know it because of the sheer inadequacy of NATO forces when it came to recently protecting shipping in the Straits of Hormuz. I don't think the Royal Navy had a single ship available! The three countries named have deliberately run down their military capacity, and for a reason that becomes clear when you consider the bigger picture. Ursula von der Leyen, now running the EU as head of the Commission, was appointed Germany's first female defence minister in 2013, by Angela Merkel. Under her, Germany's military capability was deliberately run down. From Politico, July 2019: politico.eu/article/ursula… “The Bundeswehr’s condition is catastrophic,” Rupert Scholz, who served as defense minister under Helmut Kohl, wrote last week before von der Leyen was nominated to the EU’s top post. “The entire defense capability of the Federal Republic is suffering, which is totally irresponsible.” Three years after appointing von der Leyen Merkel opened Germany up to unrestricted immigration from the Middle East. As I say, von der Leyen now runs the EU, with the same open borders policy, and a big say in NATO. Von der Leyen, Chancellor Merz, President Macron, and PM Starmer, are all Globalists. They are puppets of those wanting to destabilise and take control of the West. Militaries not fit for purpose are essential to this project. First, they won't be used to secure the borders. Second, being so weak and demoralised, the militaries of Germany, France and the UK are simply incapable of 'intervening' to remove leaders intent on damaging their own countries. And so the Globalist project progresses.

Taxation (fuel duty and VAT) contributes to more than 50% of the petrol price. The government is fleecing us. Here’s Ed Miliband completely floundering to justify this enormous government petrol taxation rip off at our expense.

Rachel Reeves has been the Labour MP for Leeds West and Pudsey since 2010 and is currently Chancellor of the Exchequer. Rachel has been a source of controversy and speculation in recent years regarding her claims and conduct. She was found to have rented her London home without a licence, to have inconsistencies on her CV regarding her banking career, and to have allegedly misled the public over financial issues. Rachel is a member, officer and former vice chair in the lobby organisation Labour Friends of Israel. She was the ‘keynote speaker’ at LFI’s 2025 end of year luncheon at London’s Park Plaza Hotel. Rachel was very much involved in the plots, coups and leadership bids that aimed to remove Jeremy Corbyn as leader of The Labour Party. Rachel has received the following donations and perks: £175,000 over several payments from businessman and former Chairman of Lloyds TSB Sir Victor Blank. These donations were to support Rachel’s ‘Parliamentary work’. £167,774.27 x 11 payments from the Trevor Chinn, Gary Lubner, Martin Taylor funded/Morgan McSweeney/Josh Simons run consortium @LabourTogether £26,210.00 x 3 payments from Trevor Chinn. Approximately £55,000 from Gary Lubner to ‘support (Rachel’s) office as Shadow Chancellor.’ £60,000 x 5 payments from Tony Blair associate and the founder of Portland Communications @PortlandComms Tim Allen (often spelt Allan in professional contexts). £1,250 from Labour Friends of Israel for a trip to Israel. ✈️ 🇮🇱 £99,500 x 4 payments from Lord David Sainsbury. £99,000 from The Green Finance Institute. @EnergyLiveNews £60,000 x 3 payments from the CEO of private water industry firm EWaterway Ltd Alison Wedgwood. 💦 £5,000 from Lord Phillip Harris. £27,142.09 x 5 payments from @fgs_global including £12,929 for a reception following Rachel’s speech at the 2024 Labour Party Conference. 🥂 £852 from @TheCityUK for a dinner at the 2023 Labour Party Conference. 🍲 🍷 A bottle of wine valued at £30 from the Betting and Gaming Council @BetGameCouncil 🍷 A bag of cosmetics valued at £1,250 from @Founders_Forum £330 in tickets and hospitality from the @BetGameCouncil for a concert. 🎶 £27,500 from Lord Clive Hollick. £4,767 from Juliet Rosenfield. £10,000 from the banker Ian Cornfield. £10,000 x 2 payments from football regulator David Kogan. ⚽️ £40,000 x 4 payments from gambling industry tycoon Neil Goulden. 🎰 £10,000 from the former CEO of @SkyBet Richard Flint. 🎰 £20,000 from Baron Bernard Donoughue. £2,385 in tickets and hospitality for matches from @the_LTA for @Wimbledon 🎾 £1,710 in tickets and hospitality from @Channel4 for the @BAFTA awards. 🎭 £677 in tickets and hospitality for the kite festival.🪁 £12,800 from Richard Parker and annual use of his holiday home. 🏖️ £4,566 from Commercial Estates Group Ltd. £660 in tickets and hospitality from the @BBC for The Proms. 🎶 £998 from in tickets and hospitality from @NTLive for performances at The National Theatre. 🎭 £1,100 from @havenleisure for a short break. 🌞 £360 in tickets and hospitality from @LloydsBank for the Chelsea Flower Show. 🌹 £699 in tickets and hospitality from @UKMusicMediaTV for an Adele concert.🎤 With her salary of approx. £200,000, expenses (£40,000+ claimed since 2024), generous donations, rental income, book advances, many media appearance fees, allowances and perks, Rachel has done very well in her career as an MP at Westminster. Wales votes 7th May 2026 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 A group of teenage girls feel frightened, humiliated, and powerless because boys have started saying they should be allowed into the same changing room. It's the sort of behaviour you'd expect schools, youth clubs and leisure centres to immediately put a stop to. Now imagine politicians telling us that it's the girls who must stop - that they're wrong, bigoted, and need to pull themselves together. That's what some Senedd candidates are asking you to accept. That's not kindness. It's not progress. It is a safeguarding failure and a denial of girls' basic dignity and lawful rights. No one, parent or not, should vote for it. On 7th May, don't. @WelshConserv @Plaid_Cymru @WelshLibDems @WalesGreenParty @RUKWales @WelshLabour

Electricity in the UK is destined to be more expensive come what may, even if gas prices fall to zero. And at this point, the more renewable generation we purchase through CfDs, the more expensive electricity will be, through additional grid costs, balancing costs, and more.

#Climate Fun Facts: The receding Mendenhall Glacier in Alaska has uncovered tree stumps carbon dated to be 1,000 to 2,000 years old. This means of course that it was warmer there before the glacier formed. And this was long before anthropogenic #CO2 could have played a role.

As you may have noticed, we’ve seen rather more wokery than greenery from the Green party since Zack Polanski took the helm. If you’re wondering why, a party policy document on transport, revealed by the Mail, might give you a clue. The party wants to reduce motorway and dual carriageway speed limits to 55 mph, impose Welsh-style 20 mph limits in towns and (according to some sources) slap on a default 40 mph elsewhere. The party would hike fuel taxes, make parking more difficult even outside one’s own home, and bring in a more demanding driving test including such things as knowledge of how a car works, and impose it on drivers every five years. Driving would explicitly be made a privilege and not a right. ✍️ Andrew Tettenborn Article | spectator.com/article/the-gr…

We're told the green transition is cheap. It most certainly is not. Global spending has exceeded $14 trillion with annual investment now standing at over $2 trillion (or roughly 2% of global GDP). That is more than 100 times what's spent tackling world hunger. And we're getting nothing for that money. Global CO2 emissions hit another record high last year (largely thanks to China). There is no green energy "transition" underway - just an expensive "layering" on top of an expanding fossil fuel base. We are being lied to.
