Asking the board to appoint top manager isn’t cause we hate Carrick but because I personally I’ve taken my time to see highlights of his play and in game management in Boro and it’s nothing to write home about for a top Premier league clubs, Carrick is not a tactician and doesn’t have book plays..
You can speak about many top managers and how they set up and changes play but you can never speak of such about Carrick.
Carrick has enough time in between games to build his play if truly he has any but instead he extended breaks and reduce training time cause there’s no rule book or role play for his players to master.
If Ineos appoints him for the Job then I’d accept they truly ain’t ready to return stronger to Europe but just going there to mark attendance and either way I’ll never speak ill of the manager but I’ll never stop calling a spade a spade.

Mainoo is literally the only midfielder in this team that can retain and recycle possession You can't expect him to be taking risky passes like Casemiro and Bruno, one of them needs to keep it simple There's a reason under Amorim we kept booting the ball upfield and trying to win the 2nd ball all the time

@AmarVijh999 Yes. I love Amad but his confidence is very low currently and he’s been poor every game for a while. 2 goals all season for an attacker in comparison to his form last season isn’t good enough

Unless Amad can start to regain some of his confidence from last season, I genuinely think Lacey is our best right winger
Mbeumo for me more of a second striker type and suits more transitional games
