8 years ago today, Olivier Giroud came off the bench & scored an 88th minute equaliser against Southampton. It would turn out to be his final goal for the club. However, the main headline from this game was Alexis Sánchez losing the ball a whopping 32 times, which was two off the club record that season, also set by Alexis only 8 days earlier. That meant he had lost the ball an astounding 66 times across 2 games.
