Not yet Grant, the car owner only access the Satoshi rewards if the cleaning is up to the standards. You don't want sweet chrome paint shining in the outside with cheetos inside the console, that would be an edge case of a car being not Satoshi worthy, even if it receive a soap facelift. Will gladly contribute to the purpose, it's a great initiative
