Riddle me this, America. The Supreme Court holds that no person has a right to access investigational drugs, even when they are terminally ill, outside of FDA authorization. Yet, the 3rd, 5th, 6th, 9th, and 10th circuits now hold that healthy people can be mandated to use experimental drugs and simultaneously surrender any right to sue when injured by them. This sounds like the courts' only focus on death, not life. If you're dying, you can't try the drugs, but if you're healthy, you can be mandated to use a drug that might kill you. This is so 2026 America right now.

The Biden FDA knew. I knew, not because I had insider knowledge, but just because what I was told didn’t add up. Anyone with common sense could have predicted, “a novel therapeutic platform (mRNA) that always seems to kill the animals we test it on will probably cause problems if we skip the animal studies and roll it out to humans in just six months.” That’s why they launched the greatest psychological operation of all time to get people who otherwise knew better to comply. Would doctors practice what they preach? I propose a simple study to improve vaccine trust. Anyone advocating vaccine mandates, volunteer to receive the full 6-month old vaccine schedule. Follow them for 5 years. Compare outcomes to adult controls who don’t receive those vaccines. We’re told severe reactions are “one in a million” —so this should be easy to get thousands of volunteers. DTaP, HIB, HepB, IPV. PCV. Rotavirus. Flu. RSV. Same day. If we “can’t” study vax vs unvaxxed in kids, why not study it in consenting adults? I’d genuinely be interested in those results. Thoughts?

I lived in Hungary for several years under the Orbán dictatorship. The funny thing was, people could and did say whatever came into their heads, protests were held in front of the parliament, there was a gay cruise bar down the road and Orbán held elections. And yet, the country was a dictatorship. Whereas in the UK, people tend to be distinctly guarded and if they do say the wrong thing very publicly, they get locked up. And yet, it's a free country. Once you understand that words can mean whatever we want them to mean, it begins to make sense.
