@c3drikNarwhal I just checked my math and the chain parameters again, I don't think so, 400 should be overshooting it if anything. The slash fraction is 0.01% with roughly 750k KUJI staked. 750,000 x 0.0001 = 75 KUJI burned per slash

I want to address our recent oracle slashes--no excuses, I dropped the ball here and I sincerely apologize to all stakers. This isn't acceptable and it won't happen again. Full refunds will go out by the end of the week. An oracle slash burns 0.01%, total lost is under 400 KUJI.

Surprisingly, it's not easy to calculate an accurate refund distribution for slashes. I'm designing a simple tool to handle this, which will be released open source for any Cosmos validator to use!

Big decisions to make--we want to give the people what they want, so vote in the poll and let us know! Should we update our planned TLD (domain root) to align with the upcoming merge? RUJI or KUJI?

When I got nerd-sniped by @codehans1 and Kujira, I had no idea the rollercoaster I’d be getting myself into. The last two years have been absolutely amazing. Being given an empty slate with the words “GHOST” on it turned me from simple SWE to a full-on financial architect, and it’s been an absolute blast working on ideation, development, and of course, nonstop shipping. That’s why it breaks my heart a little that I’m leaving Kujira and the amazing community we have here. We had some disagreements regarding the value of my work, which led to me realizing that I’d lost the spark of enthusiasm I used to have when working on Kujira projects. I’ve always worked with projects and people that I found intellectually stimulating, and there’s other ideas that have been vying for my attention for months now (as well as needing a general break!) @codehans1, @PragmaticMonkey, and @cryptoslang1 are doing an incredible job leading the community through a merger that totally shatters the ceiling of what’s possible with Kujira tech (and tokenomics!), and they have my full support in this venture and any others they may undertake in the future. More importantly, they, alongside many of our dear ecosystem builders, are some of my closest friends and, from the bottom of my heart, I will be absolutely rooting for you every one of you guys ❤️ As for me, I’ll likely be taking a week or two to reset, but I still have tons of new ideas, both DeFi and non-DeFi related, that would physically hurt not to see to fruition. Never enough time in the day 😅 LFG

$KUJI stakers should check their validators--several unbonded and you might need to redelegate to get rewards. Can't blame them, I wish them the best and sad to see them go. But I'm in this until the end. With some luck even beyond, I'd love to carry on validating @THORChain 🐳🚀

I had a cool new idea yesterday and it turns out the @THORChain team is all over it already, exciting to see! This could be way bigger than a migration for Thor NFTS--with the same routing ability, we could trade any ERC721 NFT from any EVM chain connected to Thor on Gojira 👀

@alanwmh @THORChain They're immediately removed from the active set, if you check kujira.network/stake you'll see them under the "deactivating" tab or eventually "inactive".

@mintthemoon @THORChain How to tell if a validator is unbonding?

@THORChain RPC infra at rpc-kujira.mintthemoon.xyz will remain active until the migration and as long as feasible afterwards, at a reduced capacity as usage decreases.

Congratulations, very well-deserved! An excellent choice to onboard @PragmaticMonkey here too, he's proven more than capable. Looking forward to the next iteration of Kujira with this team at the helm, it'll definitely be something to look out for!🚀
