@dracan We use Starling, both kids have a ‘space’ that has a dedicated debit card with individual controls. Money just transfers about between spaces. They did have a Barclays account, but they lost interest in that when the local branch closed, so we shut down those accounts.

Question for parents! I'm looking into getting my eldest (10yo) his own bank account. GoHenry looks appealing, but pricey compared to others. Anyone used it? Is it worth £4 per month?

It really bugs me that in macOS there is no out of the box way to point the media controls to Spotify instead of Apple Music.

@Support As much as I don’t think this is a good idea overall, my assumption is that this is more about identity than monetary value. For sure though, this platform is more full of bots and ads than it ever used to be before all of the changes started rolling in.

@LaylaCodesIt @duolingo Yeah, I’m with you on this. I have the family/super version that I share with my kids. We all of us lost motivation with this change. Like you say, there is no motivation to recap and for me, the linear mode gives less choice in progressing. Also thinking about cancelling.

Anyone else find the @duolingo UI update to a linear path to be a real screw up? I'm not nearly as engaged I'm demotivated, no going back and fixing broken gems to keep knowledge current. I've cancelled Super. Do I drop my 387 day streak? How could they get it so wrong?

regex101.com has been an awesome tool over the years for working with regular expressions. But, the visualisation in ihateregex.com is sublime for documentation. Sadly, the editor is a bit flakey though, so I still use regex101 to edit 😃

@matkoch87 @JetBrainsRider @code It's a worker service in .NET. Thet is no real error, the debugger just crashes/stops while stepping through code. There is no obvious cause. I thought it might be the 'external code' issue, but none of the suggestions seems to be working: youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RIDER-76…

@mnield @JetBrainsRider @code what’s the error? and what kind of app are you trying to debug?

I've been trying to use @JetBrainsRider exclusively for the past two weeks after working solely in @code over the past few years. The sad thing is that on an M1 mac, debug keeps on crashing which is super limiting 😠 Back to @code I go so that I can debug then!
