This woman lost her life because she was fully gripped by years of media indoctrination that told her that she’s living in 1930s Germany and interfering with ICE is akin to fighting Hitler’s nazis.
Her death is tragic for many reasons (starting with the fact that it was totally avoidable), but mostly because she sacrificed her life for a belief that isn’t real.

A really important point here from the ICE agent’s father: he was not acting just to protect himself but also the other agent whose arm was still attached to the vehicle when Renee Good hit the gas.
That officer easily could have been dragged with the car if she had been able to successfully get away. Given that the ICE agent himself had been dragged in precisely that manner only months earlier, sustaining serious injuries, he would have been especially aware of the mortal threat her actions posed to his fellow officer.

NEW: The father of the ICE officer who used deadly force on Renee Good in Minneapolis confirmed to the media that his son was struck by Good’s vehicle and that his son was also acting to protect the second officer who was holding on to the SUV as she was driving off. He added that he does not believe his son will be charged with any crime.
