The coding model race is getting ridiculous. Kimi K2.7 Code looks like a big jump from K2.6, and the benchmark numbers put it right up there with GPT-5.5 and Claude Opus 4.8. We might finally have an open model that can genuinely hang with Opus 4.8 on coding tasks. Can't wait to test it.

This is really big news. Google introduced the Open Knowledge Format (OKF) - a standardized way to store information in a directory of markdown files. Makes it really easy to make a digital brain that agents can use. These files can serve as a living wiki. You can give agents the ability to query them or edit them. They can interlink. Seems to me this could replace Notion or Obsidian. I can think of so many uses for this. It came up with so many ideas. I would imagine Claude Fable 5 would whip up some pretty amazing things based on this system. Currently creating an OKF library of our pepper garden. It's going to be a fun weekend.

Insane take from Fable 5

@reach_vb Hardware is unaffordable because of you. The 5h limits are ridiculously low. You kill gpt-5.3-codex, and efficient model. Now you present a referral program that you pay with... rate limit resets. I don't even. The nerve to present this as something positive is unreal.

PSA: Everyone across Go, Plus, Pro & Business gets a usage limit reset to use whenever they want! And for the next 2 weeks if you invite a friend to use codex both of you get a reset too :) Codex for everyone (including resets) Enjoy!

Fable 5 is useless. Can't even finish a code-review session, the limits hit already with sub-agent runs. Completely useless. Upsell shit

Normally when a new Claude model releases I churn off of it fast Fable is the first time since Opus 4.5 that I've kept using it and Claude Code constantly as a daily driver after the first day or two of coverage...
