added custom compaction command to pi. I often only need to compact a little for enough headroom to stay out of the dumb zone. I can pass compaction rate and prompt: '/compact-rate 0.5 my compaction promt'

@woleswoosh yeah, especially handy after a grilling session for a feature where you want to keep as much context as possible but just need some space to create a proper plan
