We’ve noticed a shift over the last 6 months, at least in the US There are enough cheap models that even if you offer an older model for free, it won’t get used You literally cannot give tokens away for free

the annoying thing about ai getting better is it trying to do "smart" things but going off the rails, creating new problems

everyone is so lucky 🤣.. i think i’m one of the few left on the planet who still has to write some code by hand 🤦‍♂️ much of my client work is legacy systems and ai has not been trained on the data and there is very limited data and much of it is behind licenses portals etc and funny enough also most of the time out dated and not useful.. other parts are a lot of different configurations and what not.. and when i have dba work there i can sometimes get some ai help but it depends on the client and what db they use 🤓🧙‍♂️ .. thankfully my own projects i’m like 80/90% in with AI and agents and using every advantage and its pure happiness most of the time and even crazier it’s still only the starting point i’m so looking forward to next 10 years 😂
