NEW: ICE says while they were running an operation in San Diego, a known agitator with a criminal history including assault with a deadly weapon, DUI, & domestic violence interfered with ICE, then ran into a local high school. ICE says it’s “deeply disturbing” that the school “allowed an individual with no affiliation to the school who was actively fleeing from federal officers and has a documented criminal history to remain inside the campus.”

NEW: I asked House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) about Nancy Pelosi saying in 2011 that President Obama didn't need Congressional approval to bomb Libya, but Dems now say President Trump needs approval to bomb Iran? Jeffries said Iran is "very different" & told me "I don't even understand the genesis or basis of that question...not suggesting you're asking it in bad faith." When I pointed out that the Libya bombing campaign went on for 7 months, (and also included a no-fly zone), Jeffries said he wasn’t in Congress at the time and that the Trump admin "isn't even pretending to have intelligence at this point" to justify the strikes in Iran.

NEW: The FBI subpoenaed Kash Patel's and Susie Wiles' phone records in 2022 and 2023, when both were private citizens and as part of a federal probe into President Trump, Fox News has confirmed. In a statement to Fox News, Patel called the move "outrageous and deeply alarming." "It is outrageous and deeply alarming that the previous FBI leadership secretly subpoenaed my own phone records – along with those of now White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles – using flimsy pretexts and burying the entire process in prohibited case files designed to evade all oversight," he said.
