@rstreets01 @wholemars to keep it simple you’re basically paying someone to transfer fsd to your tesla. the guy i paid $4k buys salvaged teslas that already have fsd and transfers it to your car but you have to do it before you take delivery.

@IowaTeslaGuy @enhauto Well could it be powered in that same location as the commander? An install similar to the S3XY strip would be nice.

You can put this S3XY Dash anywhere. I find that this location is the best. You can still reach it if you need to and you see it above the steering wheel. Requires routing the cable under the cloth dash but works well.

@jmcphillipsjr But the new one is:
1. Way more expensive (and would be a lease)
2. Doesn’t have the nostalgia that this one has (for me)
3. Can’t buy FSD for $2k and follow the progression with Tesla hopefully updating HW2.5/3 cars in order to use full FSD.
