Launching is a way for them to get some more at a half decent price, if the project is good it will go up anyway

@notAgres your strategy seems unable to flip bias quickly enough to capitalise on short/mid term trends, even if we are in a larger bear structure. it will be no great win to be proven right eventually after missing these recent moves up.
