You would be crazy to DEFI now.
There were over 27 exploits in April alone and already 1 in May!
Why?
Most DEFI protocols were built before AI.
AI allows for multiple , simultaneous attack vectors to be explored and hence most DEFI protocols weren’t built to be resilient enough.
Crypto is the only industry where a hack means instantaneous value that can’t be blocked or traced and hence it’s the biggest and most lucrative honeypot .
This won’t kill DEFI - it will make it stronger ! But only after a short period of adjustment….

For markets:
A Fed chair who wants lower rates, reads AI as disinflationary, and sees a softening labor market as cover for cuts is a tailwind on paper.
Markets were priced for Powell continuity. Warsh is continuity's opposite.
Smaller balance sheet. Lower rates. Less QE reliance. The question is whether the plumbing holds while he tries to run both levers at once.
