Fellow Nigerians, I am genuinely curious: What exactly have the Yoruba gained from a Yoruba presidency? We are all miserable.

Nobody wants to hear this, but after his performance against Port Vale, Tosin is now among the top contenders to start against Man City. A coach usually rewards good performance with another start, especially when the competition is not very high. Tosin has Acheampong and Sarr as competitors. I think he's more likely to start, especially Rosenior will trust him as an experienced player to handle Haaland better than Acheampong and Sarr. Whether he will deliver or not, we will find out on Sunday.

@TrifectaSport @Blue_Footy @CFCDji17 Nope! How many games have they boycotted? How many players have the attacked physically? If Chelsea players cannot outgrow SM emotional comments, it means they are weak and inexperienced.

@Blue_Footy @CFCDji17 What chaos? Just talking? I will always say, if whatever anyone says affects them negatively, then they are weak or inexperienced! Just looking for excuses to support their inadequacies! Raise the bar!

@CFCDji17 If you want better, that's okay but accept that the chaos you create will make it hard for the youngsters to development freely. You can't eat your cake and have it back.

@Blue_Footy Just tell me a top club that doesn't criticise their players? It's not only Chelsea but top clubs. Even Guardiola who won 4 PL in a row got booed by city fans! Who are you! It's either the face it or chicken out or go to a small club where the pressure is low.

Essentially what I'm saying is that the Bible is clear on the kind of values and virtues believers should emulate, commend, and associate with. I'm simply surprised that Christians saw the controversial reputation and values of Tinubu, and felt he was a better choice over a man who is literally known for his integrity and uprightness in governance. So no, I'm not saying you're not a real Christian, I'm saying I'm surprised that you being a real Christian, campaigned for/voted for a man whose image is so contrary to Christian values. Btw, we are one year into this administration, and the people (you included) have been in tears and pains since day one, so your choice was clearly wrong. It's no wonder the Bible says when the wicked rule, the people mourn.

@Obinna_Ricky @MobyChe Bro, Neto should be on the bench. He doesn't know what to do with the ball and he slows the game down with his incessant twisting and turning.

Estevao has to start every game till the end of the season, the real life force of this attack and we would need that from the wings this run in. Always positive, always looking to dribble, link up, makes runs in behind and get balls into the box/shoot. He will cause City problems, thats for sure. He's fit and firing at the right time

I’m starting to see why so many fans are uneasy about the silence from Reece James. This is someone who grew up at Chelsea FC, understands the club’s culture better than most, and wears the captain’s armband... yet his voice is nowhere to be heard when it matters. Meanwhile, players like Enzo Fernández, Marc Cucurella, and Moisés Caicedo have shown the willingness to speak up and confront the situation. Enzo, in particular, seems to be taking heat not just for what he’s said publicly, but likely for challenging things internally too. And honestly, can you blame him? Four seasons at the club and potentially a seventh manager... how is that normal for any serious project? The real issue here is the instability, not the players who are bold enough to question it. Loyalty to the club shouldn’t mean silence in the face of decline. Being captain should come with responsibility, not just the armband and right now, that leadership feels absent.

@Ecstasy_262 @mrzken11 Captaincy like going against ur club? As a captain, you lead by example on and off d pitch. If u have any concern about how d club is being managed, u should know who to speak with & not going public in a negative way. But Gen Zs wouldn't understand! Outburst is their watchword

THE CHRONICLES OF PETER 'ANTICHRIST' OBI POLITICAL WHOREDOM ● 2014: APGA - PDP He lodged himself under the political wings of the Biafra General, Ojukwu. He became governor from 2006 - 2014. He barely waited for the completion of his tenure before leaving the party. He cited the need to move to a larger platform built by others to have national relevance. It is never Peter's obligation to help in advancing the stature of his platform, he must abandon the ship that made him governor for selfish ambitions. He does not build platforms - he boards them. He does not lay foundations - he inherits them. And when the inheritance no longer flatters him, he moves. He moved to the then Ruling party PDP. ● 2022: PDP - LP After serving in GEJ's government and rightly shamefully dismissed by Buhari. After becoming running mate to Atiku in 2019. He aspired to become President in 2022. But the arena of men requires spine. Seeing he lacked the stamina and the stature to compete, he fled - again. His excuse this time was a rigged internal party structure and an uneven playing field. A man who cannot reform a party wants to reform a nation. He could not midwife a New PDP. Yet he sells us the dream of a New Nigeria. The masquerade that cannot dance in the village square now promises to perform at the king's palace. ● 2025: LP - ADC Labour Party, in its season of turbulence, looked to its most prominent stakeholder for direction. They sought a elder's hand to still the waters. They found instead a man more combustible than the crisis itself - more divisive than the very factions tearing the party apart. The momentum of 2022, that extraordinary season of hope, evaporated like morning dew because the vessel meant to carry it had no depth. Again, as customary of all mediocres, instead of attempting to bring solutions to the challenges. Instead of him to attempt to extinguish the fire consuming his house - The political infant fled. He escaped. He eloped. He japaed. So you understand why he will spit on the graves, efforts and sacrifices of fighters? This is the man who spits on the graves of those who fought, bled, and sacrificed. But why would it surprise you? You cannot respect what you have never attempted. A man who has never built cannot respect builders. A man who has never bled for a cause cannot honour those who did. A man who has never led a struggle will always mistake giants for obstacles. Peter Obi has never fought for any cause. He has never erected any worthy structure. He has never led any movement through fire. He has only ever done one thing with masterful consistency: He has always known which ship to board - and precisely when to jump. ✍️ Hearing people talk about how Barco will struggle in the Premier League, would he struggle? Modric didn't struggle, Bernardo Silva doesn't. Physicality is important: the aerial duels, the 50-50s, but there are other elements of physicality. Modric and Bernardo Silva have small frames but are aggressive in duels and pressing, smart in using free pockets, and quick to choose their passing options. I have seen players like that destroy physical monsters, and they couldn't get near them. Do you also think that Pedri will struggle in the Premier League? Of course, there will be limitations in aerial duels and 50-50s, but that's where the makeup of the team comes in to help them where they lack. The problem I have with fans is that they expect every single youngster coming into the club to have a stunning season; that's practically and realistically not always possible due to several factors. They are not experienced enough, may not be physically ready, may not be familiar with the food or culture, may need to adapt their style to suit the team and the league, and so on. I think Barco has enough aggression, intensity, technical ability, and the personality to succeed in England, but don't make the mistake of expecting him to hit the ground running from day one. A lot of people make that mistake. Give youngsters time to settle and adapt.

I will say this again: our fanbase is the main reason why developing youngsters is difficult at Chelsea. We are the most toxic in the EPL. We don't believe in giving anyone time, even if he's 17 years old. Once a player makes a mistake, the reaction prevents the manager from giving him another chance. Pep didn't stop Khusanov when he was struggling. At Chelsea, we won't let him. That's why Acheampong is where he is today. The talent is there, but we as fans won't close our eyes to his mistakes and we let him get a good run of games. So, it's not about the coach and experienced players; they help, but regular game time is the biggest catalyst. You can argue all you want but until we understand the meaning of developing players, it will remain the same story.
