I resigned as U.S. Ambassador Ukraine when Trump kept siding with Putin over our democratic partner. Now, my successor is doing the same.
I knew I had to speak out and run for office because siding with dictators is just not who we are.

Putin wants war. He wants even more. I have a feeling that if he does what he's talking about, he'll destroy the entire population – that's what Trump told the King of Great Britain, according to the NYPost.
However, Trump didn't explain why he, as US president, supports the mass murderer Putin.
This is a lip-reading analysis of a public greeting scene, not an official transcript, but the NYPost report is recent and detailed. Such reports are based on video footage of the scene.
Trump is implying that Putin wants more (to escalate the entire war) and that this could have catastrophic consequences for the population. This aligns with his repeated style of portraying Putin as tough and maximalist while simultaneously pushing for negotiations.
Trump is Putin's whore.

Report by the Chief of the Defense Intelligence, Oleh Ivashchenko. We have obtained specific documents from the Russian General Staff confirming that the occupiers themselves acknowledge their inability to fulfill the tasks set by their political leadership. Ukraine’s Defense Forces are ensuring the destruction of the Russian army’s offensive potential, with irrecoverable losses among the occupiers already approaching 60% of total losses.
Despite this, Russia’s political leadership is planning further offensive operations and is preparing to bring in more personnel, including through expanding mobilization processes inside Russia. Accordingly, Ukraine’s task is to further increase the share of irrecoverable losses inflicted on the occupier, intensify the density of drone deployment along the front line, and scale up our long-range sanctions against Russia’s weapons production and oil sector.
We will also inform our partners about the continued development in Moscow of plans for operations against NATO countries, as well as attempts to draw Belarus more deeply into the implementation of Russia’s objectives.

@RealBababanaras For the first time Iran released the new 10,000,000 rial. It's was worth $7.50 yesterday.

Very big development from Iran
Due to the blockade imposed by the U.S. Navy in the Gulf of Oman, Iran's financial situation has deteriorated significantly, giving rise to deep rifts between the country's political and IRGC leadership.
The political leadership seeks to reach an agreement with the United States as soon as possible, whereas the IRGC Chief asserts that they will not rest until they have driven the U.S. out of the entire region, therefore, the very question of any agreement does not arise.
Inflation in Iran has reached an all-time high, and there is a renewed apprehension that the public may take to the streets once again.

@KateGoesTech Israel could take them out in a day. Their new facial recognition technology will have these dudes killed in 4 minutes. Zip-zip-zip-zip. Then they start using the cool stuff.

@teslacarsonly Put about 100 of them right up Iran's ass.

@Mslincoln1085 @marklevinshow Trap? They can't even talk outside a cave. The US Marine Corps know how to kill.
English

@thinman528 @marklevinshow How do you do that without a found invasion? If you want to get rid of the Regime, it has to be with boots on the ground.
I'm not advocating that, btw. I think it'd be a nightmare for us. They've already said they're waiting for us to invade.
Sounds like a trap to me.

The fastest way to end the war with Iran is to actually defeat the regime or make a deal that doesn't defeat the regime but attempts to contain it. The truth is that it cannot be permanently contained for several reasons, including that if a Democrat becomes president, or even an isolationist or establishment Republican, the necessary military force will not be used to ensure compliance because the regime itself is fundamentally and ultimately incapable of honoring a deal given its fundamentalist Islamist ideology. Also, the public will tire of it over a course of years (a forever war) and there will be other enemies that will require some form of attention, thereby requiring our military resources to also deal with them in some form -- perhaps an even bigger foe, like Red China.
To defeat the regime requires: 1. continued military operations aimed at obliterating the IRGC and perhaps key dual use infrastructure; 2. continued maximum economic pressure, especially continuation of the blockade; AND 3. arming the people in Iran, a very important and necessary resource (we've done this before during the Reagan administration and I presume the CIA is still up to the task).
The president will be criticized regardless of how he proceeds, as the Democrats and their media are rooting for the enemy and hope to gain advantage in the midterms. So, they must be ignored. But a real victory will not only ensure our security from a nuclear-obsessed terrorist regime beyond the Trump presidency (as it won't exist any longer), but the American people will ultimately praise it as victory has a way of focusing the mind and the heart (which should have political benefits as well). I am concerned that waiting for the enemy to come forward with some kind of an offer, which might be framed as a victory, could be problematic.
I must caution, however, as I have before, that I am not privy to all the information. And I also underscore that President Trump is never to be underestimated. He is a truly gutsy and great leader. Indeed, he has done more than all previous seven presidents who preceded him combined to deal with the Iranian regime's grave threat. And for this alone he will be remembered long after most of us are gone.
That's my 2 cents worth, again.
