Not even Article 4, for a cruise missile landing on NATO territory? Such a non-reaction would have been unimaginable before the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. There would have been strong measures immediately taken. But, over time, outrages have been normalised and even rationalised to the point where they are no longer considered outrageous. So I have to ask — what other aggressions would also be greeted with a shrug? Destroying critical infrastructure? Killing people? How many? The promise to defend every inch has now been broken, so how many more inches are we going to let go?

They reached out to me a while ago offering to support my fundraisers through their crypto platform and even offered to make an initial donation so I could see how it works. I never really looked into it because, to be honest, crypto has never been my thing. 😅 But with fundraising becoming more and more difficult lately, I’m wondering if it’s maybe worth considering another donation option. I've read "The Rage" by Bob Woodward. What really stood out is the fact Trump never missed an opportunity to fuck his supporters over. Not once. Moreover, this was usually done publicly, shamelessly, and with zero regret whatsoever. This guy is a distinguished sociopath.

I held a conference call with Commissioners @magnusbrunner and @dubravkasuica for an update on the situation in Ceuta. The good news is that the vast majority of those who arrived illegally have returned to Morocco, due to the effective work of Spanish and Moroccan law enforcement. Not a single person reached mainland Spain or the rest of the EU. This shows why the control of our European borders matters. We have a strong system in place. But it needs to be further strengthened. We must remain vigilant at every critical entry point and maintain close coordination between all authorities. At the same time, we need a lessons learned process to improve our European resilience. The Commission has offered support to Spain from the first moment. I received letters from several leaders and I welcome the call for an extraordinary videoconference to take stock of what has happened. Fighting illegal migration requires solidarity and a united European response.
