@BarefootStudent Yall: If companies want a resume bank for potential applicants that is legal & fair. What is not fair & should be illegal is the false promise of work. If a job is listed publicly but is fake or filled outside of the means of public application, the employer should face penalty…

@BarefootStudent This is making the job search so so so much more painful and frustrating. SO much wasted time. Thank you to the rare company that notes they are posting jobs for future/anticipated needs.
