@O2 I am an O2 customer. Bought a SIM card for £30 to use in Ireland whilst visiting my sister last week and it did not work at all. SO disappointed. Landed up buying a local sim and topped it up with data. I still have the slip and SIM card. Can I please return it for a refund?

@Megbal10 Hey Megan, that's not good to hear. Was it an O2 UK sim that you bought? Was this a Pay Monthly sim or a Pay As You Go sim? Let us know.
