If you think you need help, there are resources in your area. AA, NA, CA, all sorts of programs. There are people out there, just like you, who want to lift you out of that pit. Chances are, you've tried to do it on your own. Repeatedly. What have you got to lose if you try just one more thing?

@TreborJoss @SMF904 Yeah. It definitely gutted my forever company. Now that I think of it, a couple of other holdings they had at the time are defunct.

Private equity sucks the joy out of everything and a good part of the quality. Thanks to bain capital, mattresses cost more and last half as long. Once bain took over, they stopped making double sided mattresses and used added foam. Foam breaks down years earlier as compared to the previously used batting.

Now all new stores are just brutalist dreck.
