Not true, Denis but I appreciate the response. I am on my 4th ticket and they refuse to help giving me the same instructions over and over and then closing the ticket. I have reset things 3-4 times and registered the same amount with the same results. I’ve been sent the same instructions 4 times and completed it that many times. I’m on my 5th ticket and just asked for either are replacement or refund and they always side step that and close the ticket. The support isn’t that great
