@A4jones @TitleTalkTCL It’s in the CBA, you can’t designate a trade post 6/1. That doesn’t mean that teams can’t have a “gentlemen’s agreement” to a deal that will process 6/2. But the trade and and assets included cannot physically change hands until after 6/1.

Term updates: TE Julian Hill (formerly Dolphins) agreed to a 3-year deal with Patriots, while S Mike Brown (formerly of Titans) agreed to a 1-year deal. Both were not tendered as restricted FAs. Hill, whose toughness was valued by former coach Mike McDaniel, now slots as TE2.
