Sean Russell came in as a defender like an uncontrolled kamikaze... it resulted in a reckless head clash forcing HIA's. The NRL rules were changed, players can no longer recklessly lead with the head. And getting injured himself isnt a free pass.

@richieplz Any player that lays down and can’t get up to play the ball needs to go for a HIA. Needs to be mandated.
