@Stewhog Pitching was an issue all year.

From 2019-2025, the Arkansas Razorbacks only lost 4 games in which they scored at least 10 runs. It has now happened 4 times in the last 2 months.

Arkansas baseball, be careful what you ask for. Houston Nutt had Arkansas winning 8 games consistently & fans wanted a change. 4 coaches later & coming off a 2-10 season.

@KBoBaseballGuru @KendallRogers Also had 595 Ks for the season. Most as far back as I can see. Something needs to change. From 2003-2017, 1 season with 500+. Since Thompson, 500+ every year except 1 in 2024.

The Arkansas baseball program needs to shake things up this offseason. A trend has been set, especially averaging a top-10 recruiting class the last five years. Talent is not the problem.

@Hogtrough Boat load of rec ball coaches, or daddy-ball coaches, who think they know more than a legend. (not saying this about you, just in general). The most successful program in the last half dozen years, or so, just no trophy. I'll trust the trained professional to make adjustments.

Successful coaches may not want to change and with the lack of coaches being fired under DVH, that may be a challenge. We all can see it but sometimes breaking that loyalty requires the proper fan pressure. It’s okay to want changes. It is absolutely needed.

@DamnHogs Nope. This team is just bad. Even some of the guys that have been here for years have regressed. Just bad baseball to watch.

@joshteeter01 I’d give it one or two more years. Give DVH the money to get some real bats and arms and an elite hitting coach. If he can’t get it done with that then go get Vitello. I want so bad for DVH to win a title to retire with.

I am reminded every game that DVH stated during the Classic in February that this is one of the best bullpens he’s ever seen

I’m now firmly in the camp that it’s time for DVH to retire.
