I spoke to my old friend Mitch McConnell this morning, the senior Senator from Kentucky. He’s still recovering in the hospital. We talked for just shy of 20 minutes … about IRAN, UKRAINE, the unfolding situation in MAINE, my visit to the TR Presidential Library, and even a little bit of Senate history. I told him we want to see him back at work as soon as possible.

I lost my primary 6 weeks ago, but the rent is still free in his head.

Mitch McConnell is done. So, unless Republicans want to get stuck with an empty seat and screwed, they should tell everyone now what is going on and hold a special election BEFORE the August cut off date. Otherwise, the Senate balance could be in jeopardy.

🚨REPORT🚨 DHS is getting rid of 7 of the new 11 ICE detention facilities that were purchased. Based on the statement I was provided with by DHS on July 1, 2026, it looks like they’re ONLY picking up illegal aliens after a “heinous” crime is committed. A DHS spokesperson tells me, "From day one, DHS has remained singularly focused on removing the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens from the United States and is always evaluating the best methods to do so. These heinous criminals, once arrested, should be removed at lightning speed, not housed on American soil at the taxpayer's expense. DHS is moving swiftly to utilize EXISTING detention space with our state and county partners."
