guitar world. all the amps and cabs are wired into my @kheaudio switching system which has just been life changing for recording guitars. you can play and just flick between all the heads to find the right sound which makes it super fun! i could never go back to the old way!

@fieldmusicmusic I havn’t come across a single music fan saying “I mean it’s good, but my god would I love to hear that in Atmos!!”. Not one. It sells phones/headphones to consumers and software/a hell of a lot of monitors to studios (who largely would probably rather not be shelling out at all)

I think my big problem with "spatial audio" (aside from it being an unnecessary tech-centric bolt-on to the wonderful listening experience provided by stereo or even mono) is that it makes record-making prohibitively expensive. I'd been enjoying the crumbling of that barrier.

There is no such thing as a promotional use of music.Every play is a primary use. There is no ‘record’ to promote: the play is the product. Saying plays promote live/merchandising is like saying waiters work to ‘promote’ tips. Exploitation.

This was indeed, one hell of a weekend!We had just recorded Nurse & debuted “Teethgrinder” and “Summer Of Hate” in our set.Saw so many amazing bands over the weekend(yep, we did all 3 days ;)) & made a lot of good friends for life. Our ‘Fuck Woodstock’ shirt was also v popular!
