PERILOUS WATERS: U.S. Coast Guard and Puerto Rico Police aircrews rescue three CBP marine interdiction agents and two other boaters off Puerto Rico. The agents responded in treacherous 10-foot swells to save two boaters from a capsized vessel when their own vessel capsized, throwing them into the water. All five were treated for minor injuries, and no one else was reported missing.
