@realshawnhunt Horror always gets a bad rap. It took a long time for the oscars to start recognizing horror as a genre and horror actors and actresses.

@manonfilms The scream franchise is not solely about Sidney's story. I really hate this argument. Her story arc was suppose to end on scream 3 and then 4. So this is her third story arc. The movie goes beyond just being about one character. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scream_3

So you're statistcally wrong. People are allowed to boycott get over it. you're allowed to see the movie.

@AndrewGrevas That’s what I don’t understand. Nobody boycotted Scream 6 or gave Jenna and Melissa hate for doing it without Neve even though Neve was the face of the franchise. But we all have to hate on this movie because of what happened to Melissa? Total double standard.

I share John’s feelings. I hate that Melissa is not in Scream 7. I wanted another Core 4 film before the Sidney return. But I hated how Neve was treated prior to 6, Kevin on 4, Danielle Harris on H6 & so on. The industry can be cruel but you’re not a monster for watching a film.

Maybe like one month and then they put it on dvd. Same with your monster. it did fine. Your monster had a really low budget which is probablly why i didn't see any marketing.

Your Monster couldn’t even make 1 Million at the box office and Abigail heavily underperformed. Maybe Melissa Barrera fans should focus on actually seeing her movies instead 🤷
