@drjanetownson Sadly this type of theft often happens in registered care agencies and the registered provider does not reimburse the victim. The need for a more robust DBS is the issue here not registration. Abuse in registered institutions statistically is higher

@BristolCouncil seriously need to stop this inhumane policy. It will lead to false imprisonment on the basis that people need a bit more funding to live in their own home verses warehousing in an institution. There are many alternatives to save council money!!!
