@WMPhoenixOpen People on the inside saying their tickets were never scanned or looked at. Big failure in event management.

Due to larger than usual crowds, the WM Phoenix Open entrance gates are temporarily closed and shuttle service to the event is on hold. Shuttle service back to parking lots will remain running. Regularly check our channels for updates.

@WMPhoenixOpen Really disappointing to have to tell people on their way in with $60k sky box seats that they can’t get in. We were shuttled over and weren’t even let off. Can’t believe you collected peoples money knowing you oversold.

Scottsdale PD has temporarily closed the gates @WMPhoenixOpen. Even if you have a ticket, you can’t get in. First time this has happened.
