@JourneyWithMeAI I understand your frustration. An overage is when the amount of trash placed out exceeds what your container is designed to hold. This can include material sticking out above the lid, bags placed beside the container, or the lid not being able to close fully. Thanks^ak

@WasteManagement your trash pickup driver grabbed the can, shook it around a few times, the can almost fell off the claw, brought it back down to grab it again & left all the trash that he shook out. Waste Resources would step out and pick up what they dropped and you guys dont?

@WasteManagement replaced my green waste bin with a narrower model incompatible with your truck arms. It fell during pickup, spilled, driver left the mess. You logged it as "Excessive Weight" — my security cameras tell a different story. #WasteManagement #Riverside

@BabyAchooNinja Hello. Yes that is correct. I reviewed the guidelines for the area and a post card went out in March stating automated service is coming to this area. We no longer service outside the containers as of April 1. Thanks ^tb

@WasteManagement so you forced us in Trinity FL to either buy for $200 or rent a trash can and recycle can (which are cheap and small looking) and now refuse to take any overflow from my perfectly fine previous can that you have used for the past 6+ years saying it is your policy

@WasteManagement You did not help by punting me to customer service. Problem is about management. I’m aware WM fired large portion of middle management and my contact was amongst them. C/S cannot resolve issue concerning nearly 350 residential houses. Bills are due in three days. Need help ASAP!
