HOW TO SELECT YOUR BABY'S SEX🤱 Sperm cells carry either an X or a Y chromosome, while the egg always carries an X. • If an X sperm fertilizes the egg → XX (girl) • If a Y sperm fertilizes the egg → XY (boy) Y sperm tend to move faster but have a shorter lifespan (about 24 hours), while X sperm move slower but can survive longer (up to 3–4 days). What this suggests: • Having intercourse a few days before ovulation may favor X sperm (higher chance of a girl). • Having intercourse close to ovulation may favor Y sperm (higher chance of a boy). How to estimate your ovulation window: 1. Start counting from the first day of your period. 2. Ovulation typically occurs around day 14–15 in a regular cycle. 3. Mark 3 days before and 3 days after this day—this gives you a ~7-day fertile window. Example: If your period starts on March 11: • Day 15 falls around March 25 • Fertile window: March 22–28 This is when pregnancy is most likely if you have unprotected sex. So using ovulation timing, if you’re trying for a boy 👦 : Target your ovulation day (around Day 15). Using the example: • Period starts: March 11 • Ovulation day: March 25 (Day 15) What to do: •Have intercourse on March 25 (ovulation day) or within 24 hours after •Avoid sex several days before (March 22–24), since the faster Y sperm may die off before the egg is released The idea is simple: Y sperm are faster, so meeting the egg right at ovulation gives them the best chance. Stay informed, track your cycle carefully, and make decisions based on accurate health information.

Good to see safety systems being questioned and reviewed. Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System is meant to catch early warning signals, so improving how data is analyzed is a positive step for transparency. If concerns raised by Ron Johnson lead to better monitoring and clearer communication, that ultimately strengthens public trust and patient safety.

Today, I released a report showing that Biden health officials knew that safety signals for COVID-19 injection injuries were being hidden by their VAERS analytic algorithm. They were shown an updated algorithm that signaled serious adverse events, but they refused to use it. Their cover-up jeopardized the health of millions of Americans. Read my interim report and see the records here:

From a health side, tobacco is still one of the biggest causes of preventable death (heart disease, lung cancer, stroke), so stopping new generations from starting could have a huge long term impact. The debate is really about balance: public health vs personal choice. But from a medical perspective, fewer smokers equal lower disease burden over time.

For many women, very low carb diets can affect hormones, especially if calories are also low. The body may sense low energy availability and reduce signals from the brain to the ovaries leading to missed periods (functional hypothalamic amenorrhea). Carbs help support thyroid function, insulin balance, and reproductive hormones, so going extremely low carb doesn’t work well for everyone. That said, some women (like those with insulin resistance or PCOS) can actually benefit from lower carbs. Women’s bodies are more sensitive to energy balance, so enough carbs plus enough calories matters more than copying extreme diets.

ladies, you need to be eating carbs a study done by Dom D'agostino, one of the pioneers of the keto diet, found that the ketogenic diet caused a 4X more women to lose their period. carbs are critical for your hormonal health. just because some guys can go zero carb doesnt mean you should too

Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) is an early warning system, not proof of cause. It collects reports from anyone, so signals need further investigation before conclusions are made. Reports or hearings like the one from Ron Johnson can raise important questions, but they still need independent review and full data transparency to confirm what actually happened.

Some of these actually have real science behind them. Breathing techniques like box breathing help because they activate the vagus nerve, which shifts your body from fight or flight to calm mode and can lower heart rate and stress within minutes. Cold water on the face can also trigger a reflex that slows the heart and promotes relaxation but it’s more of a short-term reset, not a cure for anxiety. So yeah, useful tools but think of them as quick nervous system resets, not long term solutions on their own.

Strong words, but this is classic political framing. Donald Trump is drawing a sharp line..we want X, they don’t, to rally support. The reality is usually more complex, especially with things like the Farm Bill where both parties often agree on parts and clash on others. This kind of language energizes supporters, but it also deepens division instead of explaining the actual policy differences.

This is one of those rulings where both sides see something important at stake. On one hand, courts are saying race shouldn’t be the main factor in drawing districts. On the other, laws like the Voting Rights Act of 1965 were created because ignoring race in the past led to real exclusion. How do you protect minority representation without making race the dominant rule? That’s why reactions are strong, this isn’t just politics, it’s about how fairness is defined going forward.

This is a common frustration in the U.S. system. The idea behind President Donald Trump’s price transparency order was to force hospitals and insurers to clearly show actual prices for services upfront, so patients know costs before treatment instead of getting surprise bills later. In practice, compliance has been uneven, and many bills are still confusing or lack detail, like bundled terms instead of itemized services. Compared to systems like in Canada or United Kingdom, where pricing is more standardized or government set, the U.S. system is more fragmented, which is why billing often feels unclear even with insurance.

Michael Jackson is widely reported to have had vitiligo, a skin condition where the immune system attacks pigment cells (melanocytes). This causes patchy loss of skin color, which can spread over time. People with vitiligo sometimes use makeup or treatments to even out skin tone, which may make the change look more dramatic than it is. It’s not dangerous or contagious, it mainly affects appearance, though it can have a big emotional impact.

This is a sad situation showing how confusing systems can become when people don’t know the proper process. Banks usually require a death certificate and legal heir proof before releasing money from a deceased person’s account. This is to prevent fraud, but it can be very hard for people in rural areas who don’t get clear guidance. There’s also a mental health side here, situations involving grief, poverty, and confusion can lead people to do extreme things when they feel stuck or desperate. Better communication and local support systems could prevent cases like this.

A man in Odisha dug up his deceased sister’s grave and brought her skeleton to the bank Just to prove she had died. He had been trying to withdraw ₹20,000 from her account, but bank officials kept insisting he bring the account holder in person. Despite repeatedly telling them she had passed away, they didn’t listen. Frustrated and unaware of the legal process, he took this extreme step. This incident shows not just a lack of awareness, but also a failure of basic human understanding in the system.

It’s good to see investigations into alleged fraud being taken seriously, especially when public funds are involved. At the same time, it’s important not to generalize an entire community based on ongoing cases, these situations should be handled based on evidence and due process.

This is just health speculation. King Charles III has had visible finger swelling for years, and it’s often linked to benign causes like age related fluid retention, long travel or standing, mild arthritis-type conditions. There’s no clear evidence from this photo alone that it signals anything serious.

King Charles is showing signs of fluid pooling in his lower extremities as health concerns continue to grow, as 'sausage fingers' cause health fears the 77-year-old monarch was spotted with noticeably swollen fingers described as sausage fingers during his recent US garden party in Washington with President Trump. medical experts point to dactylitis as the likely cause which is linked to inflammatory conditions such as psoriatic arthritis, Dr Gareth Nye a biomedical science lecturer at Salford University says the chronic swelling leads to permanent whole-finger enlargement and the king’s rigorous schedule of prolonged standing plus travel creates the perfect recipe for peripheral oedema in his legs and toes, he stressed the 77-year-old still appears otherwise active and in good health but the condition will only get worse with age and common medications,

Honestly, this raises a real concern. If hospitals depend heavily on Medicaid funding, even small cuts or reimbursement changes can push already fragile facilities into closure or service reduction. And while it’s true the system has long term pressures (costs, staffing shortages, rural decline), those don’t cancel out the impact of new funding changes, they can add to them. If access to care drops, it’s a real world consequence people will feel, regardless of how the policy goes

If it’s a commemorative design for the 250th anniversary, fine, countries do special editions. But putting a current politician like Donald Trump on passports feels unnecessary. Official documents should stay neutral, not personalized. No matter who’s in power, it sets a weird precedent.

That exchange is basically a clash between what people are saying to me and what the data suggests. Greg Landsman is pointing to a real concern, cuts to healthcare and weaker environmental protections can translate into worse air quality and higher health risks over time. Lee Zeldin leans on anecdotal feedback, which politicians often do, but that’s not the same as broad public sentiment or scientific evidence. If pollution rises, the effects (asthma, heart disease, etc.) don’t depend on whether people feel happy about policy, they show up in data eventually.

LANDSMAN: With healthcare cuts and more pollution, people are worried about their health. Do you agree that's a concern? ZELDIN: Actually, the feedback I get is that people are happy LANDSMAN: Where is this 'feedback' coming from? People run up to you saying, 'Thank you so much for cutting the EPA, for cutting our healthcare'?

When a public health official is accused of hiding records during something as global as COVID-19, it raises serious trust issues. People expect accountability, especially when decisions affected millions of lives. Let the evidence play out in court, but if officials were deliberately avoiding oversight, that’s a problem no matter who’s involved.

There’s a mix of truth and overclaim here. Lemon has vitamin C and acidity that can help digestion a bit. Honey has some natural sugars and mild prebiotic effects. But the specific claim that this stimulates bile, metabolism, and gut balance in a strong medical way is not well proven. It’s a harmless habit for most people, but not a powerful health fix.
