Carroll ISD Head Football Coach Search Update 🏈🐲 We want to provide our community with an update on the ongoing search for Carroll ISD’s next head football coach. While there have been some reports that an announcement will be made at Monday night’s Board meeting, there will be no announcement at that time. In fact, due to forecasted winter weather, the meeting is likely to be canceled. The district is actively conducting interviews, and we are ahead of schedule in the search process. We are hopeful we will be able to make an announcement sometime in February. Board President Cam Bryan addressed the search process during his president's report at the January 12 special board workshop meeting. “We are pleased to share that we’ve received a diverse and highly qualified pool of applicants from across the country. This reflects the strength of our district and the reputation of our football program..." said Bryan. "...We want to be very clear: we will not rush this decision or settle for anything less than the right fit for our district.” Thank you for your continued support and patience as we work to ensure the best leadership for Dragon Football and our student-athletes.
