You’re acting like he was ready to fight, which he wasn’t. Finch clearly said something out of line and Brothers was going to approach him on it, likely T him up or throw him out. Thats why the Wolves bench held him back. Brothers is entitled to stand his ground as an official. They’re allowed to engage in confrontation and discussions with players and coaches alike. Brothers did nothing wrong.

This discourse that Tony Brothers needed to be “held back” is ridiculous. The Timberwolves bench chose to keep him from approaching Finch because clearly the coach said something out of line and Brothers took exception to it. The Wolves didn’t want Finch T’d up or ejected.
