@RudRaJa65641552 @FanbrizioRomero I'm gonna award the "special super absolute best rider ever award" to Neuer. It will only be awarded once every 1,000 years. Surely this actually ends the debate as this award is over 30x more rare. Neuer is apparently the GOAT by your logic then.

@FanbrizioRomero Winning world cup, which takes place every 4 year, is less prestigious than winning Super Ballon D’or which is awarded once in 3 decades. This would, in real sense, end the ‘so called’ debate of……..😌🔟🐐

🚨 THE 𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗘𝗥 𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗢𝗡 𝗗’𝗢𝗥 IS COMING! France Football is set to deliver the most prestigious award in world football, an honor that has been awarded only once in history, in 1989 to Alfredo Di Stéfano. This award recognizes the greatest player of the last 30 years.. and in 2029, the clear favorite is none other than Lionel Messi.

@joeshez @daniellloyd1 Is it then also a shame that MvdP has not tried to beat Pogacar in the Tour? People expect Jonas to be a top 3 classics rider because Pogacar is, but everything we have seen from him shows that he can't compete there.

@daniellloyd1 And best result for Jonas vingegaard - 14th. Given that he and Van Der Poel have been the only riders who’ve really beaten pogacar in head to head in any discipline, it’s a shame he’s not tried more with the classics.

Best result in a monument: Alberto Contador: 9th Nairo Quintana: 9th Chris Froome: 36th It's easy to forget that there was a generation or two where classics and Grand Tours were almost two entirely different disciplines. Whether you enjoy watching Tadej Pogačar dominate the one day classics or not, he has set a very good precedent for future pros - winners of Grand Tours can and probably should race monuments (even cobbled ones). That's the thought process that future greats will have as they're growing up, and that's got to be a good thing.

@Tratnikstan I think the odds show the fair chances. Pogi and MvdP are under 3 while Pedersen and WvA are around 8. They could win but are clear underdogs. If Mads didn't have a puncture last year he would have been there at the finish line but he also looked stronger last year.

"Wout" "Ganna" "Pedersen" I don't want to hear ANYTHING about them having a chance in next Roubaix. It's between Pog and MvdP and the rest will be 2+ minutes behind

@cycloben2 It's not just that he is climbing fast, he is aware every time something happens, he is good in interviews, he is in the top 5 position of every descent. He is ready, he will be better in the tour, and it probably still won't be enough.

I’d be brave enough to say that Jonas Vingegaard is in better shape than he has been at any point since the spring of 2024. Paris-Nice might have seemed like an outlier due to the weak startlist, but here he’s actually put a really solid performance at a relatively high altitude and at a high-level race. Of course, this doesn’t necessarily mean there will be an actual battle at the Tour, but he may have once again closed the gap to Tadej Pogacar within the margin of error - this is the threshold within which (should Pogacar make one major or two minor mistakes, such as poor nutrition or struggling with the weather, or his team being too depleted) Jonas might have a chance to hunt him down. This is still only 10–15% at most, but it’s twice as much as it would have been a month ago. #VoltaCatalunya

Jonas Vingegaard leads now Paris-Nice by 3:22 over Dani Martinez and 5:50 over Steinhauser. And we still have two GC hilly stages. Crazy gaps for modern era. #ParisNice

@The_Daily_Chief I think there is a genuine possibility the Chiefs will be bad this regular season. If that happens, I do expect them to be back at the top after two down years with fresh drafts and rebuilding. If they do make the playoffs this year I expect them to be dominant in January.

@FunFootballPod Aside from Brady, Montana and Manning there is no player you can argue is ahead of him. Those 2-4 can be discussed but he is in there.

@FunFootballPod He has never been ahead of Brady and probably wont, but its possible if hes great success in the future. He has a legitimate case against Montana if he were to retire now, but this season has made it much weaker and Montana is probably ahead rn. Hes in front of everyone else.

@realjamespat @nflmemes Reid had a bad game, going for it on fourth when in complete control is inexcusable. But Mahomes played great, the problem is that most people will only look at stats and not the game.

@ClayWendler Sure, and it would be very nice to win it, but as long as we're in the playoffs the seeding is alright. If we go in as a 6 or 7 seed it is very likely we don't meet Baltimore or buffalo and we "just"need to beat Colts, Pats, and Broncos for a super bowl appearance.

The Chiefs can still win the AFC West. Requirements: 1. Chiefs win out. 2. Broncos go 2-2 against Chargers, Jaguars, Commanders and Packers. Only one AFC loss required. This gives the Chiefs the two seed via ESPN Playoff Predictor, if the Colts drop 2 very losable games at Seattle, Houston or Jacksonville.

@DeeHarp @royalchief77 @geoffschwartz That is mostly a coaching stat. You need to coach your team to be smart and not make penalties in decisive moments. If you have a great play call you also force opponents to seek changes which result in more penalties.

@royalchief77 @geoffschwartz I don’t think the refs are the reason the Colts lost but I would say that the Chiefs always get the calls that lead to Big first downs. 2 roughing calls for Pat meanwhile DJ got 0 despite being destroyed by Chris Jones after throwing

@getnickwright At this point, we will make the playoffs as the 6 or 7 seed and will "only" have to beat Patriots, Colts and Broncos to reach the super bowl. That would probably be the easiest path of the Mahomes era even though those teams are good this year. And we still need to play better.

NEVER A DOUBT. Yall had the 3x defending AFC Champs on the mat… but you couldn’t knock them out. And every other fan base in the NFL was rooting their hearts out for the 8-2 Colts over the 5-5 Chiefs… because they know who was the true Super Bowl contender on the field.

@MattVerderame The only stuff I'm worried about is my bet for Chiefs +12.5 wins this season. I still don't feel any reason to doubt that they will win the division or that their chances to win the super bowl are better than the +700 I got them at after last year's super bowl. They are fine.

@FunFootballPod Need to define "Best" first, but right now there is no game on neutral field where the Chiefs would be the betting underdogs, so I suppose that could be an answer. Colts is probably most likely 1-seed so that could be another. And Chiefs are most likely to win AFC so maybe that.

@ChaseDaniel They are the best at half time adjustments. I'm not gonna pretend I know why they were bad in the first half (possibly they were looking at the Bills game next week) but once it was close they locked in. It's possible to beat the Chiefs but you need to be perfect the entire game.
