Something fun about NYC real estate, Grand Central Terminal in particular, are the millions of “back doors”, tunnels, discrete entrances to everything.
For example, the main entrance to The Campbell is from outside, but you can also use a random elevator on the floor below or via the concourse but only through another unrelated restaurant.
Another example is this random door I’ve walked by literally thousands of times and never noticed. The “saloon” entrance to the Oyster Bar.

The color of our chicken is evidence of what I tell you we are doing.
That color - the pink / rose color is due to more hemoglobin due to movement.
I need to make this clear - you are being told chicken is pasture raised for raised on pasture and then it comes to you pale, like normal grocery store prepared chicken - white, pale.
Our chicken is actually moving on pasture - not confined on pasture. This is a critical point to understanding the difference.
When chicken are raised on pasture but confined they still do not move. Movement is critical to good health - you need to move (walk, run, exercise) and you want meat that comes from
Animals that moved.
Our chickens flap their wings, sunbathe, peck, walk and move on pasture. No confinement. Protected by dog(s) and electric netting.
Historically soy free, from 2026 on, corn free. This is the highest quality chicken you can buy and we’re scaling it to be a nationwide contender at an affordable price - I’m working behind the scenes to make this happen.

So, we use @DealNav as our CRM at the office. It’s legitimately awesome and built by real estate people.
My team wanted a feature built (pins on a map that shows deals nearby that you’ve also looked at) and they built it custom for us. Pretty badass and helpful.
Anyway, I said I’d show @acquisizioni some Twitter love as a thank you, and totally forgot. Because, ya know, I’m busy and shit.
So he busted my chops and now I’m making an offer to all my followers that he has not approved at all.
