My marriage is successful, and I will share one sweet and funny story with you. Myself and my wife were coming back from somewhere, and I suggested we go to a buffet and eat so we don’t have to stress cooking and doing all that. We were already stressed from the outing. She asked me if I know the restaurant and how much we might spend approximately. I told her the amount. Next thing she said was, “Let’s just go home, I will look for something I will cook sharp sharp…” I said, “Naahhh babe, I don’t want you to be stressed, just rest” She insisted she will cook… I said, “Ok” Guess what came out of her mouth after I said “Ok”? She said, “But send me the money you want to spend in the restaurant” Laugh 😂 almost tire my belle. We went straight home, I told her to relax while I cooked for her, and I still sent her double of the money. Love ❤️ is sweet

Don’t be deceived by the claim that there are more women than men as excuse for anything. There isn’t a scarcity of men. I match people and I promise you, there are many men seeking wives. The problem is that they are prioritising the wrong things. For instance, you don’t have a source of income and you are seeking a wife. How will you do it? Lady, gainfully employed, masters degree, good looking, well behaved etc and then you come with prayers and “nobody knows the future”. Why should a woman who has taken time to develop value consider you? Then there’s the “you’ll stay long in your father’s house” threat gang because she refused to dull her shine but brother, are you also not still living in the family house? Don’t even get me started on the “I dreamt you are my wife” crew. Really brother? That’s all you are bringing to this table? A claim of a dream? There are many men in the society. Whether or not they meet up; that’s a different discussion altogether. But refusing one doesn’t mean “she’ll never find a husband”.

In our household, I am the appliance guy, and I keep buying new things that my wife initially laughs at, then sees the logic later when they are used frequently. One thing I did a couple of years ago was buy two dishwashers. Now, she understands why. LOL!

Husband decided to marry a second wife. He insisted that the first wife must be present at the traditional marriage of him and the new wife. At the wedding event, the first wife and the father (widower) of the new wife connected and started dating. 3 months after, first wife moved out of her husband house and moved into the second wife's father house. They been traveling everywhere enjoying themselves. Now, the husband is shouting that he needs his wife back, the new wife is shouting and crying that she wants the first wife to leave her father alone.

On the same day of the Zamfara kidnappings, terrorists in Borno State stormed Chibok, killing four officers and burning down homes. Yesterday, on Easter Sunday, Benue State was rocked by violence again, with over 17 Nigerians massacred, entire communities left in ruins, and many individuals still unaccounted for. Today, in Kaduna State, several innocent citizens were killed by terrorists inside churches, with many others abducted in the Ariko community of Kachia LGA. Yet we were told, “This experience will not repeat itself.” This represents a failure of leadership and responsibility, and sadly, Nigerians are paying for it with their lives. These attackers are not ghostly figures; our inaction emboldens them. How can a President make such a categorical promise and, mere hours later, the nation continues to count the dead across multiple states? The primary responsibility of any government is to protect lives and property; however, this responsibility is failing today. Nigerians are being slaughtered in their homes, in their communities, and in the very places they should feel safest. Even the President did not enter these communities, so who is truly safe in Nigeria? This is a national emergency. Nigeria is bleeding, and the situation is worsening and increasingly helpless. An unpopular opinion though. People don’t really prefer male bosses, they just understand them better. Also we’ve spent years normalizing male authority, so when a man is firm, nobody reads meaning into it. But let a woman do the same thing, and suddenly it’s termed “attitude” or “doing too much.” The same behaviour but different interpretation. So it’s not really preference, it’s just conditioning. People are comfortable with what they’ve been taught not to question.
