"But creators get their feelings hurt?!" If you're upset that your videos get some dislikes, enough that it truly damages your well-being, then I regret to inform you that life will make you deal with much more intense criticism and confrontation than a thumb emoji.

This is a horrible idea. It's the internet, there will always be trolls and review bombs. Hiding dislikes further protects truly horrible content by hiding the hugely disproportionate likes/dislikes viewers use to *instantly* judge whether content is worth their time.
