@Hilda_Ngatia @GAltringham Fassbender has been brilliant in each performance I have seen of him. I completely missed Alien Covenant on it's way through the cinemas, caught it late night a few years ago - that IMO was impeccable horror and Fassbender was superb.

@GAltringham Overall, I give it a C- It was loosely connected to the Alien franchise despite it's promotion as a "prequel", and all it did was generate questions and confusion. It's like the movie didn't "accomplish" anything.

Most of the crew was incompetent in an unexplainable way. A crack team of experts in their respective fields but too stupid to keep their helmets in or unable to avoid the temptation of petting a weird alien creature they knew nothing about. That was my issue... I didn't hate the movie but I kinda hated that it could have been so much better if not for the laziness of how they established the conflict.
