@Pirat_Nation There is no excuse for this not being a regular controller that shows up as a device in windows like literally every other controller on the marked including very old USB going back more than 15 years.

The new Steam Controller has a problem for PC Game Pass users, it has no built-in Windows drivers so you can only use it inside the Steam app. Game Pass games installed through the Xbox app are locked down on Windows 11. Steam can’t see them or control them, so the controller does nothing. Want to play Forza Horizon 6 with your Game Pass subscription? You’ll have to buy the full game on Steam instead. This is the same issue the old Steam Controller had years ago, back then, fans created a free tool called GlosSI that made it work anywhere on your PC. That tool is still on GitHub and could get a quick update. Valve could just release normal drivers and fix this for everyone, but they probably won’t, they want to keep everything running through Steam. The community has solved this before, and it should happen again soon, so check GlosSI probably a fix could arrive soon

Is this new - @DeviantArt requiring a log-in to view past the first few deviations? I've never seen this before. I do sometimes need to access the site logged out.

@SmashJT Mine is offline permanently now, has been for awhile. No more digital purchases. I may buy the next Neptunia game because it will most likely come out a year earlier than the PC version (sometimes it's 2) assuming it's on disk which they usualy are. But that's the exception.

I will never buy another Sony PlayStation game again until they revoke their 30-day online check-in requirement update.

@ZikadaPrime It'll be too expensive in Australia. Not saying it's not a reasonable price for what it is, but there is no way I can justify it. Hopefully I won't need to buy a new controller for several years anyway.
