Chargefox provides the software for charger owners to manage chargers & the app for drivers. Hardware faults & maintenance are the responsibility of the charger owner. We have notified the owner of the charger, and they have confirmed they are aware of the issue. Port A and D on charger 7605 are working correctly. Charger 8603 has had the emergency stop button pressed so just needs to be reset/released.

@Chargefox on 27/6/2025 I tried to charge at station 9878. Rang your support as charger was failing to charge car. Support said there was a protocol error. Just like to find out what the error was. As I'd like to know my car works on your network in the future
