Victoria Square has had a makeover for the Tour Down Under - until 10 pm on Thursday 29 January, Grote and Wakefield Streets are closed to traffic through the Square. Traffic is now diverted via Gouger Street and Flinders Street. For more info, visit: bit.ly/48KT0hh
