I fully understand this process as a certified ancestral coach. The problem is the boomer generation is extremely resistant to this messaging. When people come to me to be their coach they’re already open to it but for people in my family they’re all on basically plant-based carbohydrate diets and there’s no way I can convince them to eat ketogenic.
