A coach isn't the a-z in football. The earlier people realise that the better. Let me use this analogy. If you take a regular car to the F1 race track and give it to the best F1 driver ever, can he compete with the worse F1 driver who is driving a F1 car? No.

I've been praying for this day to come. Enzo Fernandez is the biggest liability at Chelsea, not fully his fault, because the team wasn't built around him. The flaws he has makes the team so vulnerable, and it isn't worth it for what he offers, he's the sacrificial lamb. If Chelsea were ever going to get back to competing, a big player had to leave, none of them cover or compliment each other's games. Take the £100m from whoever pays, whether it be PSG, Madrid, and run, and use it to sign someone who can actually move, win duels, and pass. Goals he scores should be covered by our non existent goal contributing Left Wingers, there's only one other issue with all of this though. We'd be relying on these same directors who built this squad without thinking how the players would work together, to restructure the team. So it really might be over.

Now Winstanley and Stewart can bring in their next experimental manager and let the circus continue. Maresca was an experiment but, for me, came out better than expected. Recruitment has been shit, but manager is alright. But the club just can't stand things going the right way.
