@SketchinSteps I’m pretty confident that they’ll make Movie Sonic a bit more mature. Since Jeff and Pat consider Sonic a kid in the first trilogy, They’ll probably write him to be more “teenager-ish” since now that Amy is here he’ll have to deal with girls and stuff like that.

Something I rrly need to see in Sonic 4 is Sonic just to be cool.
Like in the movie's hes atleast a teen. Have that teen energy erupt with Sonic going all snarky and himself both in writing and in his moves. Have him pull off the stuff he'd be doing in the CD opening.

@spideyupdated No, I think the movie does make it clear that it is Peter’s fault the spell messed up to some effect. He kept adding onto it instead of giving a clear precise order to Stephen. He was being selfish and wanted a clean do over for ruining his secret identity so many times.

peter should not be blamed for the spell screwing up in NWH and the blame is entirely on doctor strange 🤷♀️

What’s funny is that later on Tyson made a new classic Sonic design that feels more Junio Sonic than the one that was literally based off Junio Sonic, and I think that’s due to him not expressing as much as Mania adventures Sonic did

its just shape vs style imo, quills are more of a stylistic choice rather than the staple icon of his design, depending on how it's drawn the extra spines can also mold into the shape of his silhouette giving the style more cohesion with his original design
