Between Creature Commandos, Peacemaker, Superman, and Supergirl not really setting anything up and the continuous development hell of Brave and the Bold, Swamp Thing, the wonder woman projects, and the unnecessary TV spin offs, it feels like DC Studios is aimless atm.

James Gunn also needs to make a decision, he cannot be both a film maker and the executive guiding the big picture. What makes Kevin Feige successful is that he gives his advice and input when needed, but he's never the one writing the scripts or directing the film like James Gunn. James on the other hand has his hands in every project creatively, and will say things that will bite him in the ass later, such as calling The Flash "one of the greatest superhero films ever" or calling Supergirls script "one of the best scripts ever" and moving it up in the slate because of that. The DCU is now in a position where its been looking for a Batman for almost 4 years, and several restructuring attempts with the creatives behind the film. I just don't want to see another DC cinematic universe die again.
